These Terms of Use describe the basic rules for accessing and using Zerethon Tools (tools.zerethon.com and its browser-extension companion). Zerethon Tools is a free suite of browser-based developer and creator utilities — it is a separate product from Zerethon Social, which has its own Terms at zerethon.com/terms.

By using Zerethon Tools, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with these Terms.

Zerethon Tools is a set of free, browser-based developer and creator utilities — formatters, converters, calculators, and visualizers that run client-side wherever possible.

Most tools require no account, no signup, and no installation.

Zerethon Tools is not a financial platform, investment service, trading service, or income-generating product.

Most tools work fully without an account. If a feature benefits from one (such as the browser extension), you may sign in with your shared Zerethon identity.

If you choose to sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for all activity that occurs under it.

What you type or paste into a tool is yours. For most tools it is processed entirely in your browser and never reaches our servers — see the Privacy Policy for details on the few tools that require a network call.

You should not use the tools to process content that is illegal, or to facilitate illegal or harmful activity.

Zerethon Tools has no public posts, comments, or profiles — there is nothing here for us to moderate.

Zerethon Tools are provided free of charge for fair, individual use. Users should not attempt to automate, abuse, or overload tool endpoints, scrape the registry, bypass rate limits, or use the tools to facilitate illegal or harmful activity.

Users agree to use Zerethon Tools respectfully and avoid behavior that harms the platform or other users.

Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse engineer beyond what's permitted by applicable law, or misuse the platform.

Nothing on Zerethon should be considered financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Zerethon does not promise income, profit, token value, NFT value, investment return, or financial gain.

Zerethon Tools is an evolving product. Individual tools may be added, changed, paused, or removed over time.

Zerethon aims to provide a stable and useful experience, but the platform may sometimes be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or external factors.

The Zerethon name, brand, design, content, software, and related materials belong to Zerethon or its respective owners. Users should not copy, misuse, or reproduce Zerethon's intellectual property without permission.

Zerethon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zerethon is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Zerethon may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
